Strange but True

Jesus knows every thing about you before you even open your mouth.

He knows what you will say. Its awesome. Be encouraged this day as you read my story. You would know by now that the Holy Spirit has given me gifts to help and bless His children. He brought a couple, a husband and wife, into our lives that He wanted to bless.

So He laid it on my heart for my husband and I to take them out for dinner one night. Then He gave me a plan. Listen to this! I felt to ask my cousin and her husband to be involved to help make it a wonderful night for that couple one they would never forget.

So the Lord put this plan in my mind. I asked my cousin to pretend to be a secretary and send out a ticket to say they had won a dinner for two at this restaurant that only just been opened.

So I had my cousin to put her phone number down in case they rang to check up. Her husband was going to be the chauffeur for the night and was going to pick them up and take them to dinner. I had him wear a cap like the chauffeurs. He told them that the limousine was in the garage being worked on so he took them in another car.

Every thing was great. My husband and I were to meet them but hello I was gobsmacked when they told me they believed everything because a month before they were there at that very place and brought a ticket the second prize was you guessed it a dinner for two. How great is our God. Amen.

Friends can you believe that? As my daughter use to say, you could have knocked me down with a feather. I have goose bumps on my goose bumps just hearing that. All my hairs on my neck stand up. But of course I know that the Almighty and his anointing is His power going through us. Hello! The Lord tells me to tell every one of His great and mighty deeds. Up until now I had to keep it.

His - the Lords timing is perfect. Now is the time and this is way to share His precious gems if you will. Thank you Lord and I love you. As a helper of the Lord I feel blessed doing His work. If you want to make a difference in other peoples lives come to Jesus and ask Him what gifts He has put in you so you can give out to others on His behalf. The Wrong Picture

The word of knowledge through the Holy Ghost

Hi friends. I hope this day finds you allhappy and having a great day. My story begins with my Holy Ghost laying a man on my heart to pray for.

As I was praying for him the Lord told me to buy a gift for him. This was very hard to do as we never have very much money. In addition, although my husband loves the Lord, he does not understand the works of the Spirit. Nevertheles, I had to do what my God told me.

My husband took me, where I was meant to go, but telling me very strongly not to ask for any more money. Thats it. I was upset. With my husbands words ringing in my ears, I was lead into a christian book shop. I asked my best friend, the Spirit of God, what do you want me to get?

He led me to a picture of a scripture that said "all things work together for good, for those who love the Lord, and are called for his purposes." Romans 8-28.

Hello I looked down at my money and saw that I was three dollars short. You guessed it, my husbands words "don't ask for any more" were still ringing in my ears. So I asked the man, are these on special?

He said yes for the price that was displayed. I asked the Lord to help me. So I still didn't get any where. Hello what was I to do. I saw another beautiful picture, but it wasn't the one I was told to get.

I thought this is a nice one, I will have to take this one. Would you believe from the moment I put my money over and I heard a voice say, "you have got the wrong picture."

Meeting my husband I didn't tell him what I was hearing so we went home but, you guessed it, all night long I kept waking up with the wrong picture. So by morning I knew what I had to do.

I told my husband that we had to go back and pay three dollars more. Wow! Let's say if you were a fly on the wall you would had a earful, but Praise God, my husband was a good boy afterall.

We must be obedient when the Holy Spirit speaks to us. When I gave this man his gift, he just praised his God big time for the Lord had spoken to him at the start of the year and given him that scripture. He had underlined it in his bible and God spoke to him all year about it and at the end of the year He had me buy it for him.

God almighty gave it to him to keep. He was gopsmacked. I was too. Friends I pray this will touch and stir your heart. Jesus is calling you come to Him. Let Him draw you to the life He has destined for you. Until next time. Bye for now.

The Little Things in Our Lives

The Lord God knows and cares about the smallest details of our lives

Praise His name forever. Amen. Hi friends, its great to be with you all once more, I hope you are having a great day.

My story begins with the Holy Spirit and I at our shops. It all happened with fashion. There was at this time some trousers, called culottes, that were in season. Every shop had them and every shop seemed to sell out very quickly.

So I asked my best friend God if I could have a pair. I had been looking around everywhere but there was none left. But hello! I felt my Spirit of God say "look there in a rack of odds and ends." So I looked at the rack and hiding away with other clothes was one pair.

I was over the moon it was like my God had hidden them just for me. I picked them up and folded them over my arm. While thanking Him, I kept looking around. Another lady customer came over to me and said where did you find them? I am looking too. Well there were no more to be found. Thanking my God I kept moving around, but every move I made that lady was at my side saying to me are you sure you want them?

Hello! Yes I was sure. I spoke to the lady in the change room. I knew her, so I said, "can I leave this here with you while I go home and get my money?" She said she would. As I walked half an hour back home, friends it was like one hundred degrees in summer time. I kept praying that my husband would pick me up along the way as he would often do that. But hello! No such thing today. But it all went my Lord's way. So I walked home the whole way.

I thought I would get a nice ride back to the shops with my husband so I could get my trousers. As time ticked by, I could see he wasn't coming. I found my purse and thought, I would wait a little bit longer. Then I heard these words, "go now there is a lady trying to steal your trousers." At first I thought it was just me. Then I remembered that strange lady always watching me and wanting my pants. As I sat there the words were getting stronger. "Go now." So I set off in the heat. Hello! Still no sign of my husband.

As I entered the shop, my friend greeted me with "I am so glad you are back there is a lady out there that said you had changed your mind and she will buy them." I was in awe of our Great God. Wouldn't you want to know our God of the universe and His son Jesus Christ. How he is in my life! He wants to be in your life and have you be in his. Hello! Don't let others tell you your Creator wouldn't care about the little things in your life. He cares about the small and big things in your life. Hello! You have just read this. I am proof of that. My Daughters Wedding Day

The Mother of the Brides Dress

We love and serve our Heavenly Father who is there, in every area of our lives. Amen.

Hi my friends its been a little while. I hope this time will find you all well and happy. Today's story begins years ago, when my friend and I were having lunch at a shopping centre - this was not the regular shopping centre that I go to as my own.

As we passed by this shop there was a big sale, with all these beautiful dresses. One special one caught my eye, so my friend and I went to try one on, she didn't buy any but the one I fell in love with was far too small, too small.

My heart just fell to the ground. With a heavy heart, I gave it back to the lady. I started to walk out feeling really bad, thinking some one else will wear my dress. I then heard a loud and clear voice say to me, "go and buy it for some day, you will wear it."

My friend didn't hear anyone say any thing although she also loved the Lord. So I thought it was just me. I wanted the dress so much but I pushed the voice away and kept walking. Once again I heard, "go and buy it, for some day you will wear it." I kept walking on feeling very sad for myself. By this time we had nearly walked out the door when once more I heard these very words ringing in my ears. This time my friend thought I was mad. I ran back to the lady and said I will take this one after all. She said to me "are you sure? You won't be able to bring it back."

Although I had put a lot of weight on, I knew by now that my best friend, Holy Spirit of God had spoken to me, so I believed Him. When I got home, I put my dress in the cupboard with my other dresses and forgot about it. Well as the years past by, the Lord led me to Gloria Marshall's figure salon, where in six months he helped me lose five stone. Hello! Yes you heard right - five stone! When he spoke to me again and said "remember your dress." Well I tried it on and it hung off me.

What an awesome God. Hallelujah! As years passed I only got to wear it a couple of times. It sat there like new. You guessed it! Hello! I had put a lot of weight back on. So once more it sat there just looking at me. Our son Michael (Mate) got married in two thousand and five so now in 2007 it was our daughter Carol's (Boo) wedding. With a very heavy and sad heart I had to buy a beautiful but huge dress. But I didn't want to spoil our sons wonderful day and of course was very proud of our son.

So now we were coming up to our daughters wedding. So I asked my best friend Holy Spirit if he would help me to wear my beautiful dress that He led me to all those years before. I wanted to wear it as the mother of the bride. Praise His Wonderful Name! Friends once more in five months I was wearing His dress at my daughters wedding day. Our daughter was out of this world. We were proud of her and are proud of her.

You see our best friend is always there for he knew that I wanted to wear this dress for our daughters wedding. He knows and cares about every thing in your lives, so invite him in to your life, and let Him become real to you. Until next time. Bye for now.

The Two Brooches

Hello my friends. I hope this day finds you all well. I have another wonderful story to tell. How great is our God. This one opens up at church. We hadn't been there very long when this lady I used to see around was having a low day.

So I felt to go to our shopping centre and buy her a gift. I was led into my jewellery shop as I asked the Holy Spirit, my best friend, what to get her. I was led to a brooch. It was a pearl one. Now I am not a brooch person or a pearl person and I spoke that to the Lord. He reminded me it was not for me.

Hello! I thought I had never seen this woman wearing, brooch's or pearls, but never the less I did what I felt led to do. So I arrived on her door step with the brooch in my hand. As she opened the door, she greeted me wearing a neck lace of pearls and pearl earrings. Hello! I just stood there in awe of our great God. I said to her I didn't know you liked pearls. She said I love them, now all I need is a pearl brooch to have a set. I was gob-smacked for there I stood with her pearl brooch in my hands. I had tears in my eyes, then we rejoiced before the Lord.

After that we became good friends she lived at the back of us. Years later we didn't see much of each other as time went by. I had heard her and her husband were selling up and moving on, so once more I asked my best friend, the Holy Spirit, what to get her for a going away gift. Yes you have guessed it. Once more I was led to my jewellery shop and hello, hello, once more to another brooch. This brooch was in shape of a wheel barrow and in the middle was beautiful flowers entwining through.

As soon as I gave it to her, she cried for joy. You see her new house had a lawn out the front, and in the middle stood a wheel barrow with beautiful roses entwining through. My friends this awesome God created each of you. He wants to be in your lives. He wants to show you all the gifts He wants to give you. He wants to use you for others too, so give Him a go and let your destiny be in his hands. Jesus is waiting for you. Until next time bye for now.

His Own Coffee Mug

Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart.

Hi my friends. What a beautiful day this is. My story begins with Jesus taking me by the hand as it were and leading me to a gift shop down in our own shopping center or market place. As I walked through asking Him what to buy, He told me that it was for the owner of the coffee place where He always wants me to drink and minister to.

So I felt Him stop me at a coffee mug display. The coffee mugs were colourful and big. I felt I must be wrong this time, for the owner had all his own already. So as I looked down at my money, I said, "it cant be you this time for I don't have enough money any way."

Next thing I heard His voice very loud, saying go around the other side. So hello! I went around the other side. The same big mugs were on sale on special. You guessed it, I had the exact money staring back at me. Wow what an awesome God we love and serve Amen.

Getting back to the story, I took the gift to the counter and gave it to the mans wife. I said I feel that the Lord wanted to give your husband his own coffee mug. Pointing to all the mugs that sat there, I felt a bit silly, but hello! No sooner were my words out of my mouth when she said all excited "wait there a minute." She ran into the kitchen bringing another mug to me. Last night she said that "my husband told me I want my own coffee mug. When I brought him this one he said, too small get a bigger one so the very next day you walk in with this very large one." She stopped and looked at me and said "how could you possibly know what my husband spoke to me in private?" She was amazed. Hello! Wouldn't you be too.

But let me tell you, I was in awe of our Great God, who has given this priceless gift to help his children but I told her I couldn't know this but the Lord I've been telling them about is real and knows all things in their lives. Amen to the great King of Kings. Friends He created each and every person in the universe and He wants to come into your lives if you let him. He has a plan and a purpose just for you but he wont force you. Listen He is knocking on the door of your heart. Won't you open the door and invite Him in. Until next time. Bye for now.

The Angel With Colours

The Importance of Listening to God

Hi my friends. Hoping this day will find you happy and in good health. Yes? But if you feel a bit down, let me brighten your day.

My story begins. My husband often takes his friend out and always stops at the same coffee shop. One day I felt to go to this coffee shop. So off we went together, my husband and I, never dreaming that my God was about to do his work once more.

As we sat down, one of the waitress's came over to take our order. As she did, the Lord put on my heart to buy her a gift. Now that wasn't new to me! I often buy strangers gifts that come from the Lord. So while my husband enjoyed his coffee, hello, I went across the way to this gift shop asking the Holy Spirit what did he want me to buy.

He caused me to stop and pick up an ornament of an angel. I felt to turn it over and underneath were the colours red and green. They were engraved into a shell bottom. That's the one I felt the Holy Spirit led me to.

I came back to find my dear husband, all ready to go. Hello! You might say what about your cold coffee. No he wanted to buy me a fresh one bless him but I was just floating on air doing my Lord's work.

So I gave the waitress the parcel and we left. A week later we went back to the coffee shop. That same waitress gave us a smile and a coffee. Another week went by and I felt to go again. This time as we rounded the corner, she was waving to us. Hello! I said hello as we came up to her. She then said to me "I was hoping you would come. Thank you for my present it is beautiful, but I want to ask you something. How could you, a complete stranger, know that the colours in my lounge room are red and green." I told her I couldn't know that, but our God knows every thing about you and he loves you very much.

She was gob smacked. It is so important to obey when you feel the Lord is speaking. For His timing is perfect. You see friends a couple of months later we went back but she had left work. The Lord knew that if I hadn't been obedient, she would have missed out on a great blessing.

Knowing how real our Father God is. He knows and cares about you my friends. I pray this story will also let you know how real He is. Speak to Him and He will answer you. You are all important to the Lord. Until next time. Bye.

Miss Daisy - God loves and cares about you

God Answers Prayers

Hi my friends. I hope all is well with you. Be encouraged as I share my heart and time with you.

A few years ago, the Lord brought a couple of friends into our lives from church. As we got closer to this couple, the husband of the couple found out that I don't drive. My husband does all the driving. He is my chauffeur.

So my friend said to me, "Have you seen the movie Driving Miss Daisy." I said that I had. So he said "So I will call you Miss Daisy." That was his special name for me. Each time I would call him up with a word from the Lord, his children would call out "Hey Dad it's Miss Daisy on the phone."
One night the Lord got me up to write a message for him. When I called him the next day, hello, he was excited. Why? Because he was up at the same time that same night asking the Lord four questions. He asked the Lord if he could have the answers through Miss Daisy.

We were both over the moon. You see how real our God really is. He is there knowing all things about you and me. I say amen to that. Hello! The Lord, the God of the universe knew who to wake up. He knew who Miss Daisy was to him.

I would like to leave you with these thoughts. If you feel you have no one, I know some one who really cares and loves you. He is the one who knows you better than any one else. If you ask Jesus into your heart you will always have a great friend who will always will be there for you. He is my best friend and wants to be yours too. My Red Carpet Story - Intimacy with the Almighty

Listening to God's Voice

Hi out there, to each and every one who will read my story.

Around seven years ago, the Lord spoke to me through a very close friend of mine, telling me I was going to be photographed on a red carpet. So without any other person knowing about it except the Lord, that person and myself, the Lord set to work. This is how he did it.

My neighbour's son invited us to his wedding at Kings Park in Perth Australia in April 2008. My neighbour came over to me and said "I feel that I need to tell you I want to get a red carpet for my sons wedding."

I thought that's good. But the next thing out of her mouth was "So are you going to be photographed on the red carpet." Well hello, she just spoke the Lords words. Keep reading if you want to hear more.

Two days before the wedding, I asked her if she would take me to a park and take some photos of me on the red carpet. She did. But listen to this, I was going to change my mind, and just have them taken on the wedding day, but hello, would you believe that the Lord had used my neighbour to take me on that day. For our Lord God knew that on the day of the wedding, not one photo from any one was taken on the red carpet. If I hadn't listened to the Lord through my neighbour, I would have missed out on that word from the Lord for my life.

There is a bit more to this story. In two thousand and nine my awesome God of the universe published my book of psalms in April 19 and wanted my photo on the red carpet on the back of my book. Well what do you think of that? That's my story giving all the praise and honour to King Jesus himself. So my friend I pray this has touched your heart like it has mine God bless you.
